2. Payment & Bookings

Payments for services are processed through our parent company, Innatus. Your bank statement will reflect "Innatus" as the payee.
Bookings are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may be subject to the session being forfeited and no refund is given.
Late reschedule requests (less than 48 hours) may be subject to a fee of $55.

No Refund Policy:

All bookings, including single sessions, packages, event tickets, and gift certificates, are non-refundable once purchased.
Missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be considered redeemed and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Packages and gift certificates are non-transferable (unless a group package has been purchased) and must be used within the stated validity period.
Event tickets are transferable to another person but not transferable to a different event date.
In the event of unforeseen emergencies, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule at our discretion.
