Remove Visibility Blocks: A Workshop for Wellness Businesses to be more visible

  • Singapore Singapore (map)

What's actually stopping you from being seen by the people you're meant to help?

Visibility isn't about posting more. It's about being findable by the right people: clients, collaborators, referral partners, event organisers, the people who can open your next door.

For wellness founders, this gets tangled fast. You're trained to hold space, not sell yourself. But your work can't help anyone it never reaches.

We believe visibility rests on five things:

Clarity
Why do you want to be seen, beyond growing your practice?
What's the deeper work you're here to do? Without this, your content adds to the noise instead of cutting through it.

Confidence
You might be comfortable being seen. But are you confident in what people find when they look?
Does your Instagram, website, or bio actually reflect the depth of your work? Being brave enough to show up is one thing. Being ready to be found is another.

Customer
Do you know who you're actually here for? Not their age or job title, but the pain they're carrying and the shift they're looking for.

Consistency
Visibility compounds. It needs a rhythm you can sustain, built on stories and content you actually believe in, not a formula borrowed from someone else's brand.

Creator
Are you a writer, a speaker, a connector? Visibility built around your natural energy lasts. Visibility built against it burns you out.

This is a two-hour working session, not a lecture. You'll leave knowing exactly which of these five is holding you back, and what to do about it first.

Rebecca Downie is a Visibility Strategist and Personal Brand Photographer based in Singapore, working with founders and practitioners across Southeast Asia. She combines 20 years of sales and marketing experience with strategic photography to help ex-corporate founders and wellness practitioners step confidently into visibility, without losing what makes their work real.

Through her 90-Day Visibility Program, she's helped coaches, healers, and wellness professionals turn their expertise into a brand people can actually find and trust. She's also the Ambassador for The Athena Network Singapore and Co-Founder of the Makers & Shapers Awards, platforms built to champion women in business.

Rebecca believes visibility isn't about performing. It's about being seen clearly enough that the right people can find you.

Fitz Anugerah has spent over a decade advising CEOs and founders on how to grow their businesses, specialising in go-to-market strategy across enterprise technology in APAC. As lead consultant at Innatus, she builds and leads sales strategies that turn positioning into pipeline, and pipeline into growth.

She brought that same lens to the wellness space when she founded Wellness Seekers Collective, a community of 70+ practitioners built on a simple belief: wellness founders shouldn't have to build alone. WSC exists so members have a real support system in community, and a place to level up together as they learn from each other and grow their own practices.

Fitz is also the Founder of Innate Health, where she works as a mind-body practitioner. She believes the same clarity that drives sales, knowing who you help and why, is what makes a wellness practice visible, sustainable, and built to grow.
